Hi,

I seem to be unable to connect to a remote TM as well as to a remote glossary that both work fine in Wordfast.
There is no user name or password involved so I set it to Windows authentication, but the dialogue says that the server does not respond.
What are some of the issues that might be at play here?

Is that because you're trying to connect to a remote Wordfast memory and glossary using Trados? They don't use the same format (or at least they didn't the last time I used Wordfast Pro). The only workaround would be to download the memory and glossary (if possible), convert to a shared format (eg. .tmx & .xls) and then create and import into a new memory & glossary in Trados.

Or I guess it's a Wordfast memory if that's what they're called. I wonder what the reason is for an agency to keep them server based and restrict translators to Wordfast.
