Skoro ktoś dysponuje "swoim" lub skoro właściciel na to menedżerowi pozwala, a prawo nie zakazuje, to wedle folwarcznej logiki wszystko jest w porządku. A w kapitalizmie nie jest. Bo inne są podstawowe reguły. Tam rządziło "prawo urodzenia". Tu prawo równych szans. Tu regułą jest wzrost, a tam była stabilność.

@Lillian My immediate thought was birthright as well. The reason I went for "right of noble birth" is that birthright often means an intrinsic right of any human being (as used by "Founding Fathers") and not a right being a result of belonging to a specific social stratum. In my view "prawo urodzenia" in the article refers to a privelege rather than to a right.
