“Completion” means that the Facilities have been completed operationally and structurally and put in a tight and clean condition, and that all work in respect of Precommissioning of the Facilities or such specific part thereof has been completed; in other words, that the Facilities or specific part thereof are ready for Commissioning
"Facilities" means the Plant to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.
