akt umowy (jako część umowy)

czy ktoś się spotkał z czymś takim?

mam dwa pliki, jeden to tenże "Akt umowy", drugi to "Załącznik główny" - akt umowy występuje jako jeden z dokumentów, któe są częścią składową "Umowy"...

jeden plik:
1.1 Całość umowy zawartej pomiędzy Stronami regulują poniżej wskazane dokumenty, stanowiące integralne części Umowy:
a) Niniejszy Akt Umowy, Oferta i Zatwierdzenie Oferty,
b) Szczególne Warunki Umowy,
c) Załącznik Główny,
d) Ogólne Warunki Umowy (publikacja FIDIC/SIDiR ver II, 2009 rok),

w drugim pliku:
Dokumenty stanowiące Umowę spisane według pierwszeństwa: Dokumenty:
(a) Akt Umowy, Oferta i Zatwierdzenie

Unidiomatic. Just because you can find a combination of words on Google does not mean that the author of those words has anywhere near a command of idiomatic legal English.

FIDIC Conditions of Contract “Contract” means the Contract Agreement, the Letter of Acceptance, the Letter of Tender, these Conditions, the Employer’s Requirements, the Schedules, the Contractor’s Proposal, and the further documents (if any) which are listed in the Contract Agreement or in the Letter of Acceptance.

Sub-Clause 1.5: Priority of Documents
Delete the sequence of priorities and replace with:
(a) the Contract Agreement (if any),
(b) the Letter of Acceptance,
(c) the Letter of Tender,
(d) the Particular Conditions – Part A,
(e) the Particular Conditions – Part B,
(f) these General Conditions,

Tak, całość to Contract, który składa się z paru elementów, w tym właśnie Contract Agreement. Parę takich zdarzyło mi się przetłumaczyć :)

Main Contract Document; Contract Document; "Act of Contract" ((in quotation marks))

All 3 of these alternatives are acceptable in an English translation directed toward attorneys. "Main Contract Document" comes from the context presented by the Asker.
"Act of Contract" (in quotation marks) indicates that this is what the Polish author called it. Any attorney who has seen legal translations in the past has seen translations of this type, which are ordinary and acceptable.

It is not obvious whether the Oferta i Zatwierdzenie are part of the Main Contract Document or are separate documents which precede it. (I would guess that they are separate documents which precede the Main Contract Document.

neutral drugastrona : Unfortunately, this is not FIDIC terminology. The Polish author did not call it "Akt Umowy" on their own - this is official terminology provided in the Polish translation of FIDIC Conditions of Contract // It's not a matter of trust.

At the risk of sounding tedious, it is unidiomatic. No one should trust a translation by the Polish government, no matter how official.
