French term

Rejoindre un état d'esprit

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) "Work with us" section of a website
Hi,

This is from the “work with us” section of the website of a French company that makes high-tech bathroom tapware for public buildings (airports, bars, restaurants, etc.). The sort that have electronic sensors that automatically turn taps on/off when someone puts their hands under them, or that automatically dispense foam for washing your hands, and so on.

I’m really not sure what to do with “rejoindre” here, as they’re clearly trying to attract talent in the sense of “join us” or “come work for us” with that word, but how to make it fit in with “état d’esprit”?

Here are a couple of examples of the term in context:

“EMPLOI

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Target language : UK English.

Thanks in advance

embrace a state of mine Hello
I thought of this before seeing the answers so i'm for a synthesis of Yvonne's and BD Finch's suggestions
AllegroTrans Aug 13, 2020:
Well James I don't think you necessarily need to make it fit in with “état d’esprit”. At the end of the day this is copywriting, not translation per se.

You're welcome James! Glad to have helped.
Note from asker:
Many thanks, Yvonne. To me "embrace" is just right for the tone here. I had arrived at "adopt" when I posted this earlier but wasn't happy with it, and "embrace" had simply eluded me up to that point. Going with variations of "embrace a state of mind". Cheers ;-)

neutral B D Finch : "Rejoindre" in the ST means that this is less about the employee's natural attitude than about them adopting values in e.g. a company mission statement.
