agree Christine Andersen : Markup is actually given as 'avance' in the EN-DA electronic version of Lyng Svensson's dictionary, ISBN 87-593-1005-7 for a single-licence version. But I agree about 'markup' in connection with legislation.

It's not the profit that's regulated, it's the markup! "Profit" and "markup" are not synonyms! Thank you for confirming that the word "avancelovgivning" is not in your reference.

disagree Sven Petersson : I fail to find "avancelovgivning" in my copy of the glossary referred to. Could you please provide ISBN and edition information? I seriously doubt that one can regulate profit by legislation! See my answer!
