EX (\"explosion\") is \"sprogimas\" (Nominative)
DANGER is \"pavojus\" (Nominative)
If you have to made a phrase \"explosion danger\"/\"danger of explosion\", correct grammatical form would be \"sprogimo pavojus\".

Additional word \"atsargiai\" in suggested phrase means \"warning/caution\".
