Aus einem bilateralen Abkommen zwischen der Durchführungsstelle eines EU-Programms (ESE) und der nationalen Finanzierungsstelle (NFS).

Beim folgenden Satz, bei dem es um die individuelle Haftung der NFS geht, blicke ich nicht durch:

c) The maximum total financial liability of NFB is *calculated as the result of the percentage* referred to in paragraph a), in relation to the EU financial contribution transferred by the European Commission to the ESE.

Im Paragraph a) steht:
This percentage [maximaler Anteil der Haftung] is calculated as the proportion that the commitment of that NFB bears in relation to the total of commitments of all NFBs as referred to in subsequent paragraph c.
