Se trata de una carta en la que dos empresas comentan que, por problemas, han perdido a clientes y dicen:

"You received info till a resume of the finalization claim to us from the Customer"

Es inglés no nativo (italiano) y hay muchos fallos. No logro entender del todo "resume" ahí. ¿Alguna idea?
