happens always with me (or: to me)

Dialect from Antwerp. Phonetic spelling.
Literal translation: That's always with me --> happens all the time with me or to me
Peer comment(s):

agree writeaway : I lived in Antwerp for 3 years-no wonder it sounded so familiar. Is it 100% Antwerp or also Kempisch?

that always happens like that with me/ that's always the case with me.

that always happens like that with me, that's always the case with me.

is written in incorrect Flemish spelling to try to give the pronunciation I think. Is close to nonsense without more context though.
I think correct spelling is 'dat is altijd bij mij. Is fairly colloquial.
