a la plancha o encebollados

Las dos formas más habituales de consumir el bonito y el atún, al menos aquí en España.

Con "passados" no quieren decir que esté muy hecho, sino que ha sido pasado por la plancha (colocado sobre una plancha caliente unos instantes y luego dado la vuelta para hacer el otro lado; una forma rápida de cocinarlo).
