I am translating a Discharge Summary that includes a few Electrocardiograms. The file is a poorly scanned pdf document. It is not clear if the text says "з. r V1-V6" or "з. rV1-V6" or if "r" is in fact Russian "г". The entire sentence is as follows:

"В III жел. комплексе Qr, AVF rSr’ малое нарастание з. r V1-V6, з. Т (-) I, aVL, V3-V6."

I translated this sentence as follows:

"In III ventricular complex Qr, AVF rSr’, a small elevation in r wave in leads V1-V6, in T (-) wave in leads I, aVL, V3-V6."

I doubt the correctness of "III ventricular complex Qr, AVF rSr’" as well.
