Ask the customer I usually end up with a list of queries, and often the native Spanish-speaking agency personnel can't work out the answers and so they ask the customer. Just one agency considers that asking questions shows ignorance. We cannot read the mind of the writer if its not clear - if I could I'd have a psychic phone line!

Could you let us know of any other references to altas and bajas on the list? It might help to inform by elimination!
