Discussion

Lanna Rustage Jun 28, 2011:
Ask the customer I usually end up with a list of queries, and often the native Spanish-speaking agency personnel can't work out the answers and so they ask the customer. Just one agency considers that asking questions shows ignorance. We cannot read the mind of the writer if its not clear - if I could I'd have a psychic phone line!
Noni Gilbert Riley Jun 28, 2011:
Could you let us know of any other references to altas and bajas on the list? It might help to inform by elimination!
John Speese (asker) Jun 27, 2011:
Unfortunately there isn't much because it's a list.

Hi John We're badly in need of more context here :)

As soon as we get more context, we'll know how to go about the usually thorny question of "baja", but no, it's nothing to do with being overdrawn John, but a question of whether the account is still active or not.

more context, please

It says computers, and from the little snippet that is given, it is hard to make sense out of it.
