Spanish term

"rodaballo al horno con panadera, espinacas..."

Spanish to English Other Cooking / Culinary restaurant menus
Context: this is a restaurant menu

Question: Does anyone know what 'panadera' means?

Note: I've seen 'con panadera de verduras' and 'con panadera de manzana' as well as 'patatas panadera' on the Internet, but do not know of any of these refer to the same thing.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Discussion

Idoia Echenique Oct 24, 2005:
"Panadera" are slices of potatoes (also called "patatas panadera") that you roast usually together with the meat, fish or whatever you put in the oven. In this case the turbot is served with those potatoes and spinach
