chorizo sausage and ?mini salamis?
For Spain's many sausages, I put the Spanish name in italics, followed by sausage. In addition, for chorizo, there are lots of varieties, so even an adjective like "spicy" or "paprika" might confuse more than clarify.
I've never heard of "salamines" but imagine they might be mini salamis, i.e., bite-sized.

You have to say chorizo(s) because it's a specific type of sausage (lots of different recipes, etc., though)

: You could say chorizos and small salamis maybe...I don't know if the "sausage" is necessary. I agree that "chorizo" is a specific kind of sausage.

Thank you Justin: yes, maybe. I put small salami sausages, meaning the ones that are about 5"-7" long and 1"-2" in diam., to indicate that they are not fresh sausages (i.e. sausages) but are of that size
