"Acuerdo de" seems more likely than "acuerdo con". Could it be a mistake in the Spanish?

It's usually "sometido al acuerdo DE" but I think the meaning is the same.

Not sure without more context but seems there is some agreement and when this thing is ready it may be covered or subjected to this agreement.

Otherwise I can only assume there is some grammatical error.
