Autorización para trámites

Law (general)
Gracias.

Authorization for arrangements

Authorization for proceedings
Without more context, this would be it.
If the rest of the context refers to non-legal matters, you could change "proceedings" to "procedures".

(BrE) Procedural sanction
Sanction is common in UK company law, esp. if granted by the shareholders or the court. Doesn't mean stopping but the opposite.
Example sentence:
Once processes are followed and decisions taken, the result/sanction must be ... The procedural sanction document must be completed by the DSO

Spanish term (edited):
Autorización para trámites
Approval of procedures
This would be my choice here.

Approving paperwork
I think it sounds a bit informal, but since "trámites" is so general, "paperwork" could cover the idea.
