Rita Tepper Jul 1, 2012:
La lista sugiere una indicación médica, por lo tanto no es "jaqueca hemiplégica" seguro, tiene que ser una medicación. ¿Tenés el diagnóstico médico y el resto de las indicaciones para poder ayudarte?
Wendy Petzall Jun 30, 2012:
Check with a doctor, but it might be Juvenile Hormone... found one or two instances where they mentioned it... but I'm not sure about it. --- I don't think it's the Jaqueca Hemipléjica, as it is presented as part of a treatment (migraine would be either a symptom or a possible side-effect, and would be presented somewhere else). Also, many times, especially in Latin America, doctors tend to use English-language acronyms, if they are well-known in the area and/or among the people who work with them.
Giovanni Rengifo (asker) Jun 30, 2012:
CLARIFICATION The patient was diagnosed with a hypertensive crisis, coronary syndrome, and chronic renal disease. The abbreviation is in the prescription/therapy section of the report, so it couldn't be "migraine". Do you have any other ideas?
lorenab23 Jun 29, 2012:
Giovanni any chance you could tell us what the patient had specifically and if these are the instruccions he/she must follow once released from the hospital?
Wendy Streitparth Jun 29, 2012:
Could it be hemiplegic migraine? (jaqueca hemipléjica)
