Source text - English 1.1 These Rules and Regulations are intended solely as a guide for the good housekeeping and operational management of the Shopping Centre. The Tenant shall comply and shall ensure that all of its employees, contractors, visitors and invitees comply with the said rules and regulations at all times
1.2 These Rules and Regulations are part of the Lease between the Landlord and Tenant, by way of a Schedule to that Lease.
1.3 These Rules and Regulations may be amended from time to time by the Landlord. 1-2 تُمثل هذه القواعد والأحكام جزء من عقد الإيجار بين المالك والمستأجر عبر الملحق بعقد الإيجار.

Source text - English On the dockets being the judging of the case of minors and family regarding the claimant Ungureanu Ancuta Diana, the claimant Zaid Ibrahim, which has as subject the divorce by consent.
The account of the case was made by the hearing Court clerk who underlined that the debates took place within the hearing from the council chamber on 23 May 2018, and they have been written down in the Court decision of that date, which is an integral part of this sentence, when the Court postponed the ruling on the case to the date of 31 May 2018 when, with the same panel, the following were decided:

Upon deliberation, has ascertained the following:
By the application submitted to Pitesti Courthouse on 26 April 2018, registered under no. 6447/280/2018, the appellants Ungureanu Ancuta Diana and Zaid Ibrahim requested the dissolution of the marriage with children involved, by agreement, with all the accessory heads of issues.
Examining the documents and works in the file, in consideration of the reasons invoked and the defences presented, the Court notes the following:
The parties got married on 19 February 2005 according to the Marriage certificate series CB no. 839501 issued by the Embassy of Romania in Colombo-Sri Lanka, and from the marriage resulted the minors Zaid Adam David, bom on 23.11.2008 and Zaid Sofia Elena, born on 30 March 2015.
As related to the state of facts noted and the consent of the parties, the Court based on art. 374 para. 1 of the New Civil Code, “The divorce by consent of the spouses can be ruled regardless of the duration of the marriage and notwithstanding whether there are minor children or not resulted from the marriage”, will take into account the will of the parents and will impose the dissolution of the marriage concluded between the parties in accordance with the Marriage Certificate series CB no. 839501 issued by the Romanian Embassy in Colombo-Sri Lanka on 19 February 2005 under no. 1.

عند فحص المستندات والأعمال في الدعوى – في ضوء الأسباب التي تم التذرع بها والدفوع المقدمة – تلاحظ المحكمة ما يلي:
تزوج الطرفان في 19 فبراير 2005 وفقًا لشهادة عقد الزواج برقم تسلسل: 839501 بمكتب السجل المدني الصادرة عن سفارة رومانيا في كولومبو-سريلانكا ووفقًا للقاصرين الذين ولدوا نتيجة لعقد الزواج وهما دافيد آدم زايد المولد بتاريخ 23/11/2008 وإلينا صوفيا زايد المولدة بتاريخ 30 مارس 2015.
فيما يتعلق بيان الوقائع التي لوحظت وموافقة الأطراف، تستند المحكمة إلى المادة رقم 374 الفقرة 1 من القانون المدني الجديد وينص على " يمكن الحكم بالطلاق من خلال موافقة الزوجين بغض النظر عن مدة الزواج وبغض النظر عما إذا كان هناك أطفال قاصرين أو لم ينجم هذا عن الزواج" حيث نأخذ في الاعتبار إرادة الوالدين وسيفرض حل عقد الزواج المبرم بين الطرفين وفقا لشهادة الزواج برقم تسلسل: 839501 بمكتب السجل المدني الصادرة عن سفارة رومانيا في كولومبو-سريلانكا في 19 فبراير 2005 رقم 1.
