I don't use CAT tools... P.S. Some of my clients export the translated file for me to revise it.

Well, if "access" means that they send you a username/password (that you don't have to pay for separately) for an online system that you can't get a username/password for by yourself, then yes, quite a few. Another type of "access" is if they give you a username/password for a system that you could, theoretically, get your own username/password for by yourself (without paying anything), but they want you to use their account. No, but I have clients who promote certain CAT tool upgrades listing consequences for me in case I don’t upgrade. Paid promotion perhaps? None of them pays for anything, they want me to pay. | |

Looks like someone saw my response to the poll yesterday and wondered who else was in my situation. Yes I have one client who sends me their floating licence to use their CAT tool. I have found MemoQ very easy to work with and the staff were very helpful when I was getting started, so I feel competent at it. One day I might just get a licence for myself, if the need arises, but since the only type of work I'm interested in really doesn't justify using a CAT tool, it's highly unlik...
