Problem with Wistia not accepting my SRT file

Hello! can anyone help me? I have a problem with Wistia video player, i'm trying to upload a srt file but i get an error message saying: "This captions are only an example",
I've triple checked the srt file and everything is ok, can anyone help me? thanks!
