I'm not finding much clarity on this via St Google... Maybe one of you can help:

"A partir de la planta baixa, titolat com a entresol, no existeix estructura vertical doncs el sistema de suport està constituït per les parets de tancament perimetrals del propi edifici, més l’arriostrament de les parets ortogonals a aqueixes que constituexen o conformen les parts constructives laterals de l’escala comunitària i l’ascensor.

La llum màxima de la crugia entre eixos dels pilars, alma de les jàsseres és de 6,25 m. al soterrani, i la resta de llums, entre les anteriors i els laterals de 4 i 5 m. per banda."

Thanks for your help with this. In the end I found "web" as a meaning for "alma" in this context, I think it's one of those strange technical terms!
