Context:

I am translating a transcript from the Universitat de Barcelona. It is mainly in Spanish, but there are a few lines in Catalan, which are really throwing me.

Under the heading of "Notas" and then a sub-heading of "Reconocimiento de créditos", point 2, it says:

2) En fecha 27/06/2006, 6.00 créditos de libre elección por el curso/actividad:

This is right at the bottom of Page 2. The top of Page 3 follows on with:

Pràctiques a la Delegació de les Illes Balears a Brusel. Les ofertada por:
Direcció General de Relacions Europees i Entitats Juridiques del Govern de les Illes Balears – realizada el curso: 2005/2006.

I have translated the second part of this sentence as below:

"General Directorate of European Relations and Legal Entities of the Government of the Balearic Islands-completed the year: 2005-2006."

But still struggling with "Pràctiques a la Delegació de les Illes Balears a Brusel. Les ofertada por:"

Obviously something to do with a Balearic Island Delegation in Brussels....

I think "in Brussels" is better than "to Brussels", since the Delegation is not to Brussels itself but to the international organisations based there.
