Board Explanation: Because I can't find an 'official' translation, I'm only giving my answer a '2'. Although you could use 'tribunal', I think 'board' might work better here and it is definitely what I would use. Tribunal British a body established to settle certain types of dispute: 'an industrial tribunal ruled that he was unfairly dismissed' http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/tribuna... http://thesaurus.com/browse/tribunal Welcome to the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) website. The PSLRB is an independent quasi-judicial statutory tribunal that is responsible for administering the collective bargaining and grievance adjudication systems in the federal public service and in Parliament. As well, under section 396 of the Budget Implementation Act, 2009, the PSLRB is also responsible for dealing with pay equity complaints filed by, or on behalf of, groups of employees pursuant to the Canadian Human Rights Act. http://pslrb-crtfp.gc.ca/intro_e.asp |
