Note to any excessively fussy moderators: I believe this is a single term. Making it two separate terms would leave me in the same predicament I'm already in. That is, I understand "gravats" and I understand "títol onerós", but I can't quite put the two together.

The text appears in the statutes for a non-profit foundation under a heading "Actes de disposició".

The context is as follows:
