However, this is the definition of "estabulari" as a noun, whereas here the use of the plural ("estabularis") clearly indicates that it's an adjective that qualifies "animals", and therefore derived from "estable" (stable) and the verb "estabular" (meaning "Criar i mantenir el bestiar en estables"), so my take is that they're speaking of farm animals.
