being a native speaker of English, I can assure you unilateral is not Czenglish but a viable and clear, irreplaceable word... :) Mostly referred to in actions taken in a political theater or in law, as opposed to bilateral. i.e. unilaterally withdrew from an agreement or they signed a bilateral agreement.

Asker: thanks for the suggestion, I am just not sure about the word unilateral, it sounds a bit Czenglish to me

Asker: Yes, of course I know unilateral is a regular word, I meant the connection unilateral + set-off together :-) But I think it will be the easiest option anyway
