Reference: herní zákon... Zavádí nové pojmy licencovaná hra... Reference information: I should think Pavel is right. If they introduce the term "licencovaná hra" into legislation, they're stuck with it, so someone without the licence to operate a "licencovana hra" would be operating a "nepovolena licencovana hra".
