Ředitel dosud užíval označení: "Managing Director", ale v souvislosti s předchozím dotazem ("Jednatel"), který je třeba změnit (dříve Jednatel používal označení "CEO" - což není příliš šťastná volba), není uvádění "Managing Director" právě šťastné.

Ředitel zastupuje firmu navenek, věnuje se každodennímu řízení, ale současně podléhá majiteli (který je i současně jednatelem).
