Chris S's (contradictory) post of an agreement with a creditor - uden aftale suggests the opposite - may be hinting at informal indebtedness in what - in ENG law - is secured by an equitable mortgage e.g. by deposit of title deeds only and no registration.

Example sentence(s):
  • This explains why Danske,s charges for Profile 6, which relates to an unarranged overdraft over a three day period, appear disproportionately high.
  • What is more remarkable is that a significant proportion of this is accounted for by unarranged debt – when people go into their current account overdrafts and do not pay their bills
