pain during transport
Explanation:
Example:

Prospective, cohort study of trauma resuscitation patients transported by ambulance to a major trauma centre. Patients with haemodynamic instability (SBP < 90, HR > 120) or GCS < 14 on arrival were excluded. Momentary pain scores were measured on an 11-point verbal numerical rating scale by paramedics during prehospital management. Patients were evaluated within 48 h of injury on the recall of their initial pain, pain during transport, and lowest pain score achieved by prehospital analgesia. Spearman's rank correlation and Bland–Altman tests were used to compare ambulance and hospital data.

Providing appropriate analgesia to patients with pain is important for patient comfort in transport especially in patients suffering trauma or who are
intubated. The goal is that patients experience minimal pain during transport.

HSN CPC has recently received approval from the Emergency Health Regulatory and Accountability Branch to move forward with a patellar reduction study. Patellar dislocation is an infrequent occurrence, however the treatment of this painful injury is quite simple and quick therefore decreasing the patients pain during transport.

'vervoerspijn' is often used in connection with peritoneal irritation, which can occur in appendicitis for instance.

Depending on the exact context, you may also consider a less literal translation:

pain on movement

Irritation of the peritoneum (inside lining of the abdominal wall) can lead to increased pain on movement, or jolting, for example going over speed bumps.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appendicitis

Interesting:

Speed bumps and appendicitis

The presence of pain while travelling over speed bumps has been found to be
associated with an increased likelihood of acute appendicitis.

Why is the research needed?
Diagnosing appendicitis can be challenging, particularly in the early stages of the condition. Several different tests exist, but appendicitis can sometimes be easily missed and can only be properly confirmed once the appendix has been removed. It is important not to miss it, but it’s also important to make sure a patient does not have a diagnosis of appendicitis, since between 5–42% of patients who have their appendix removed do not have appendicitis.

Sometimes patients report a worsening of their pain when they travel over speed bumps, and some doctors routinely ask about this as part of their initial conversation with the patient. Researchers at the University of Oxford and Stoke
Mandeville Hospital carried out a study to find out whether there is any evidence to support the use of speed bumps as a tool to diagnose acute appendicitis.

-> Thank you, Michael. I do think the translation depends on the specific context and 'pain during transport' may be a valid option, even in the case of peritoneal irritation, depending on the info the physician has.

pain on/during/at movement [of the body/abdomen/etc.]

Explanation:
I have no medical experience, but my initial thought was something along the lines of "pain at/during/on movement [of the body/abdomen/etc.]", rather than something with the word transport.

Symptoms of Appendicitis

What are the signs and symptoms of the infection?

The classic symptoms of appendicitis are
• Mild pain that starts near the belly button and gradually moves to the right side of the lower belly or abdomen. The pain grows worse with time, causing nausea and vomiting.
• Loss of appetite.
• Occasional diarrhea.
Pain on movement of the abdomenas the infection gets worse and spreads beyond the appendix.
• Fever in the later stages of appendicitis in some cases. If the infection continues, the appendix may rupture. When this occurs, there is often relief of the pain for a short while, followed by more intense but similar pain.
• Chronic appendicitis is rare. It causes a milder pain in the right lower abdomen that may come and go.
