Ik ben aan het vertalen van commerciële productbeschrijvingen voor een Belgische producent van kantoorartikelen en schrijfbehoeften. Nu heb ik geen flauw idee wat bedoeld is met "omslag in kofferbord" in de volgende zin:

"Ideaal op de werkvloer of in uw magazijn, deze gekartoneerde karnets met omslag in kofferbord zijn duurzaam en toch flexibel in gebruik door de soepele linnen rug. Beschikbaar in bordeaux, blauw of groen en steeds met etiket."

Hoe zouden jullie "omslag in kofferbord" vertalen naar het Duits? Hebben jullie soms een idee? Alvast bedankt voor jullie help!
