Lo dejaría en neerlandés con la traducción entre paréntesis. Basicamente cuando alquilas una vivienda en valor de la casa baja a efectos del pago del IBI holandes (WOZ-waarde) y la leegwaarde ratio es la tasa/índice que se resta de la evaluación de la misma por año.
