Aha, ipak mogu :) Izvinite, ja sam razumjela da vama samo ovaj burnout sindrom predstavlja problem. Onda mozda:

sindrom sagorijevanja / izgaranja kod populacije oboljele od dijabetesa / kod dijabetičara

Vi znate kontekst, pa cete znati i sto vam bolje odgovara...ako ista :)
