Pill shills. They go to the so-called clinic, get a prescription and then go collect the pills at the pharmacy.
He put pills into the outstretched hands of the shills as they came through the van door.
The handler usually breaking the shills into singles and couples at each pharmacy(...)

Notes to answerer
Asker: "Мюре" ми харесва (засега). Проблемът е само, че превеждам американски роман и някак не ми се връзва вътре турцизъм. Иначе ми трябва точно изразителна дума (желателно жаргон).
