From a Casino web site I'd like to know how you would translate this phrase:
"Kudos are still in order. You've secured a spot in our exclusive freeroll..."

I speak Norwegian, not Danish, so please forgive me if the expression is not correct Danish. In Norwegian, we say: "Du har fremdeles æren i behold". A common expression in Norway.

Kudos means honour/glory/prestige. "still in order" means "not broken". "kudos are still in order" means that you haven't lost (all) honour.

This expression is in use if something is not perfect, but you haven't missed out totally either. If you make the wrong decision, but regret it and make up for it, someone may say that "kudos are still in order". Let's say a football team loses, but they played real well, "kudos are still in order" because they played so well.

Min første tanke var 'det er anerkendelsesværdigt', men det virker lidt for formelt, synes jeg. Det er mit indtryk, at 'godt gjort' vil passe bedre i denne sammenhæng.
