Puhun yllä työntekijöistä, koska aiheeksi on ilmoitettu HR. Tekstissä kuitenkin puhutaan asiakkaista, eli voisiko kyseessä olla suositteluohjelma, jossa asiakkaat saavat etuja suositellessana yritystä muille. Sama termi sopii kyllä siihenkin.

Asker: Hi, I choose Referral Policy simply as Suositteluohjelma as I had it, not just many google hits for that one. Säännöt and ehdot instead are not in the term - would be Terms.
