Comment traduiriez-vous "pass" dans le contexte suivant ? (texte sur les nouvelles obligations des notaires italiens en matière de transparence et de traçabilité)

"The notary has to pay on a special dedicated bank account "all sums due by way of charges for which the same notary is withholding agent". He must also “pass" on this dedicated bank account."

"pass on the account" je comprends communiquer le numéro de compte, pas transférer les fonds.

Transférer des fonds, ce n'est pas "pass on a bank account". Je comprends qu'il y a une obligation légale d'information, de communication aux autorités, pas un transfert de fonds.

neutral  Germaine: J'en doute énormément. Selon mon expérience, ces comptes s'ouvrent et se ferment; ils ne se "transmettent/communiquent" pas.// Rien ne le dit + on ne parle pas d'un compte d'investissement.
