There is a subtly but important distinction here — this is not 'eau naturellement gazeuse' ('sparkling water'), but rather, specifically, 'carbonated water', which I think is 'gazifiée' — like so many of them, it may be 'renforcée par l'ajout de gaz provenant de la source' or, as is more often the case, with the addition of CO2 gas. Cf. Sodastream etc., which might give you some help with terminology. It's nothing per se to do with the size of the 'bulles', but I suspect probaby more to do with the amount of gas added and/or at what pressure. |
