Il s'agit d'un testament et le contexte est comme suit
"Whenever my Trustees have an obligation or *discretion under the provisions of this Wil*l or under the general law to pay or apply income or capital to an infant or for his or her benefit to discharge that obligation or exercise that discretion by paying
the same to any parent or guardian of the infant or to the infant if of the age of sixteen years or over and their respective receipt shall be a good discharge to my Trustees who shall not be obliged to see how the same is used."
