As mentioned in the discussion, the phrase is not in native language. Such products are mostly manufactured in East Asia with instructions for use. Translations from East Asian languages often contain errors. So 'solid' was also used incorrectly here. What is meant is a steady light. The text contains further instructions for the other LEDs, always with flashing and steady light. And everywhere it says 'the LED blinks and becomes solid or switch to a solid blue/green/red LED'. Solidifying the LED' is technical nonsense.
