nœud ou un point de suture

Explanation:
In the attached pdf, it is described the different suture techniques and type of nodes used in dentistry. The tag suture corresponds to a single node or "point de suture".

disagree  Nicolas Gambardella: The problem is that a "point de suture" is a single loop through the tissue and tied. Here we have in addition a loop outside of the tissue.

boucle de suture

Explanation:
It is pretty clear what a tagging suture (or tag suture) is. It is an isolated stitch with a loop, to label position. They are then used to pull tissues by passing a suture string inside the loop. But I cannot find any French translation. I would be very curious if someone has one.
