állambéli vagyon feletti illetékességgel, quasi in rem illetékességet megállapító hirdetménnyel Explanation: Szabatosabban: állam területén fekvő vagyon feletti illetékességgel, quasi in rem illetékességet megállapító hirdetmény közzétételével A quasi in rem nem a közlés módjára vonatkozik, hanem a quasi in rem jurisdictionra utal. Quasi in rem jurisdiction: Quasi in rem Jurisdiction is when a court uses its in Rem jurisdiction over property to "force" a litigant to appear in court by attaching property that belongs to the litigant. In this way, a court can use in rem jurisdiction to "get around" the fact that it may not have personal jurisdiction over one of the litigants. While the court cannot compel attendance by the litigant, it can indirectly do so by forcing the litigant to choose between losing his or her property and appearing in the court. https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/quasi_in_rem When hearing quasi in rem actions, a court may only affect a named defendant's interest in a specific named piece of property. These actions have similarlities with both in rem and in personam actions. As is the case with in rem actions, a court may hear a quasi in rem action if the named property is within the court's jurisdiction, even if the court does not have the power to exercise in personam jurisdiction over the defendant. |

Reference: Quasi in rem jurisdiction Reference information: Elnézést a felszínes forrásért, nem szoktam wikipédiát idézni, de ez itt elég egyértelmű: A quasi in rem legal action (Latin, "as if against a thing") is a legal action based on property rights of a person absent from the jurisdiction. In the American legal system the state can assert power over an individual simply based on the fact that this individual has property (bank account, debt, share of stock, land) in the state. |
