Explanation:
Perfetta l'osservazione di Mirko Mainardi "mob [ ] on".

Io tradurrei così, con o senza "organizzata". La "mafia" è solo una delle 5 malavite organizzate:
mafia (sicula), 'ndrangheta, camorra (con le sue varie branche), sacra corona unita e mafia del Gargano (che opera da almeno 15 anni, ferocissima).
Per non parlare di altre realtà a Ostia (RM) e così via.
