Contesto:

The budget of year 1 after MCI is identical to the year 1 of the MCI BP. The AM agrees to determine budgets and carry out corresponding maintenance and repairs and Minor / Major Capital Improvements in line with the business plan (Cf Articles 5.4.2 and 5.4.3 of the MA). The Booster Business Plan will not be relevant anymore. For the official MCI validation, the VPOM will have to update the Business Plan corresponding to the program updated by the AM. The first year of MCI budget will be identical to year 1 of MCI BP.

Siamo sempre in ambito hotel management: come si direbbe in italiano il concetto di "capital improvement" (che si definisce così: "A capital improvement is the addition of a permanent structural change or the restoration of some aspect of a property that will either enhance the property's overall value, increase its useful life or adapt it to new uses." - Investopedia)?
