English term or phrase: Short/long call
Sto iniziando a tradurre un corso di formazione sulla gestione delle "short call" in ambito sanitario.

Purtroppo non ho (ancora) una definizione, né molto contesto utile.

"Highlight the aim of this course is:

To gain an understanding of the short call situation
To think carefully about why short calls happen
To plan how you could influence the outcome of short calls
To plan how to extend the length of a short call"

"Now we have a definition for a short call and have agreed the the longer call adds more value for both the representative and the HCP, lets think about:
The % of our calls that are short –Place different percentages on the flipchart and ask the group to put up their hands for the amount they agreed with or use the Mentimeter voting system to keep it anonymous
Are there any particular HCP’s ‘type/role’ that drive our % of short calls up (ask group and discuss)
Is the quality of the relationship with the HCP driving the short call?"
