This is shown in the manual of a label printer.
One of the instructions say "Feed label under the dancer assembly".

I am thinking of 'Pemasangan Pengilas Label'.
I found the exact translation of 'dancer' in PRPM but the field is 'Perhutanan'.
I searched for the definition of 'kilas' in PRPM and found : sj penyambung yg membolehkan bahagian sesuatu yg dilekatkan (disambungkan) pada­nya berputar dgn bebas;
so 'pengilas' does make sense.

Dancer Roller Assembly > where closed loop, stable tension control is desired. This sentence found in a web as I searched for the purpose of the Dancer.

- My suggestion is just a possible alternative. It is based on 1) the definition of Dancer Assembly system, and 2) its description in the Classification of a patent application for Dancer Assembly, per below:

- The present invention relates to a wire winding system and more particularly to a dancer assembly for use in a wire winding system for controlling the tension of the wire traveling from a point of manufacture to a take up reel.

2) Adjusting or controlling tension in filamentary material, e.g. for preventing snarling; Applications of tension indicators by regulating speed of driving mechanism of unwinding, paying-out, forwarding, winding, or depositing devices, e.g. automatically in response to variations in tension using electronic means

The above suggests to me that the term refers more to the whole winding system and not just to the torque/torque mechanism part of the system.

- As a third alternative, you could also retain the term Dancer and translate it as Pemasangan Dancer Label.
