proces float produkcji szkła płaskiego Explanation: Float glass is a sheet of glass made by floating molten glass on a bed of molten metal, typically tin, although lead and other various low-melting-point alloys were used in the past. This method gives the sheet uniform thickness and very flat surfaces. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Float_glass Float – proces produkcji szkła płaskiego (szyb), zwany też procesem Pilkingtona[1], wynaleziony w roku 1952 przez sir Alastaira Pilkingtona. Na początku lat 50. XX w. Alastair Pilkington (Lionel Alexander Bethune Pilkington) i Kenneth Bickerstaff[2] z firmy Pilkington Brothers ostatecznie dopracowali i znaleźli komercyjne zastosowanie dla produkcji ciągłej wstęgi szkła, której jednakowa grubość uzyskiwana jest dzięki sile grawitacji. 10 listopada 1959 r. metoda została opatentowana[3]. Wynalezienie metody float było przełomem w produkcji szkła płaskiego. https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Float_(szkło) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2020-12-11 02:38:58 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- ccccccccc Proces float znacznie poprawił wszystkie aspekty produkcji szkła. https://www.oknonet.pl/szklo/producenci_szklo_budowlane/news... ccccccccc Proces float został wynaleziony przez Sir Alastaira Pilkingtona w roku 1959 https://www.magazyngalerie.pl/wywiady/iwona-konarska-pilking... |
