na odwyrtkę (w stosunku do „inside out”)


Explanation:
Samo „outside in” proponowałbym jak wyżej. Natomiast całość proponowałbym potraktować razem i tłumaczyć jako „z włosem, pod włos i na ukos”.
Możnaby w tej sytuacji jeszcze dodać: „z włosem, pod włos, na ukos i na odwyrtkę” :)
