Reference: comments Reference information: trouble is that the English is totally unclear However findings: VEGF-A binds to and activates both VEGFR-1 and VEGFR-2, promoting angiogenesis, vascular permeability, cell migration, and gene expression. In addition, Lee et al. showed that an autocrine loop of VEGF-A and its receptor system exist within vascular endothelial cells, contributing to endothelial functions. so perhaps VEGF-activated VEGFR would make more sense -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2020-10-06 14:24:35 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- also another finding, which may help with parsing ***Cell Based Reporter Assays*** -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 hrs (2020-10-06 14:37:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- so VEGF-activated VEGFR cell based reporter assay |
